Glass printing ink

Screen printing on glass, engraving and printing screen printing with the General the same. Glass printing features in the printing ink. Glass printing ink is composed of three components:

(1) easy melt glass material. Ink used to make glass glass is usually made up of silica, composed of three boron oxide, lead oxide and aluminium oxide.

Brown iron oxide and calcium oxide, kaolin, white.

Black Iridium oxide, manganese oxide mixture;

Colour variations are endless on the screen, the transition in order to display a variety of different hues and values of different brightness, often multiple color adjustments.

Fusible glass with glass paint to mix and grind to a fine powder can be used as ink, also called powder glass glaze powder.

(3) the varnish. Varnish is glass ink binders. It consists of terpineol, turpentine, adding appropriate alkyd resin distribution.
